Hello beauties, how are you? Summer is here and our bodies need to be ready for it. Many of you ask me about my daily diet and what exercises I do to keep in shape. Well I will make a short resume about my daily routine: I hit the gym three times a week, I train my abs every time I go to the gym, I do not eat carbs (such as bread, pasta, french fries), I went on a 4 weeks light diet to be in shape for summer, but I will tell you more about it on a future post.
Meanwhile I show you a beautiful swimwear I found online here and fits me perfect, I bought an M size.

Buna dragelor, ce mai faceti? Vara e deja aici, voi sunteti pregatite pentru iesire la piscina sau la plaja? Ei bine, primesc numeroase intrebari din partea voastra legate d dieta si excercitiile pe care le fac , asa ca va voi spune azi p scurt cateva despre asta, iar cu mai multe detalii voi reveni intro postare viitoare. Merg la sala de 3 ori pe saptama, iar abbomenul il antrenez de fiecare data, nu mananc carbohidrati (paine, paste, cartofi prajiti etc), am tinut o dieta usoara de 4 saptamani.
Azi port un costum de baie comandat online de aici, aveam emotii legate de marime, eu am comandat M, dar imi vine perfect.
