My gym routine

  Hello loves, how was your weekend, I promised you a while ago that I will post about my gym routine and a few tips for a healthy diet.
  Well, here it is, I hit the gym three times on week. My training program includes 3 major workouts divided on muscular groups. One day I train the superior part of the body, such as back and shoulders, the next day I do biceps and triceps and the third day I train my legs. Every day I start with 15 minutes cardio and I end it with the abs train.
  I get a lot of questions about what to wear and where to shop activewear. You have to wear comfortable clothes. I always shop my activewear here , they have a large variety and fast shipping.

  Buna tuturor, am promis in urma cu cateva zile ca voi scrie unarticol despre rutina mea la sala si tinuta pe care o alegem pentru a merge la fitness.
  Pe scurt, merg la sala de 3 ori pe saptamana si fac 3 antrenamente care cuprind cele mai importante grupe musculare, umeri, biceps, triceps, spate, picioare si abdomen. Incep cu un cardio usor de 15 minute si inchei antrenamentele cu exercitii de abdomen.
  E foarte important si ce alegem sa purtam la sala, sunt acele haine create special pentru miscare, care ajuta sa ne simtim comfortabil in ele. Eu aleg mereu sa-mi comand de aici , au o gama foarte variata si un transport cat se poate de rapid.
  Revin cu articole legate si de exercitii si dieta.

  3. Mi-ar placea sa citesc mai pe larg despre programul tau la sala, ce exerciti faci mai exact si cu ce lucrezi :D. Arati foarte bine. Eu lucrez fara antrenor dar nu ma pot lauda cu asa rezultate.
